This is why we ensure that our services and pricing plans are fully transparent and fair right from the beginning. We charge an hourly flat rate depending on the type of service that you require. Additionally, there is a basic call out fee that covers the cost of driving down to your location. You pay exactly for what you use and nothing more!
OUR PACKAGES Competitive pricing for Local moves
The hourly rate includes the careful wrapping of your furniture and electronic goods, assembly and disassembly of furniture. Prices include GST. We start charging when we reach your home or office until we have delivered the last piece of furniture, appliance or box. There are no hidden charges for moving such as for fuel, stairs or tolls.
Fixed quotes are available upon inspection of your property if you have 3 bedrooms or more or if you are moving interstate or to regional NSW. If you have 2 bedrooms or less, rates are charged hourly.
Deposits, Cancellations and Rebookings
We take a deposit of $100 for hourly rate bookings and 10% for fixed price bookings. This deposit is non-refundable, so please make your booking carefully.
Any changes to a booking should be made as soon as possible. If you cancel or make changes to a booking and we cannot accommodate the change (e.g. a change in time, date or the service booked), we may keep the deposit and refuse the service if we are unavailable.
A further cancellation fee may apply if the packers/removalists have left the depot by the time you contact us to cancel.
Call out policy & prices
The call-out and return to base fee is a fixed fee to cover the truck and removalists’ travel costs from the depot to the pickup address and from the delivery address back to the depot. The applicable fee is based on the furthest suburb, e.g. if moving from Annandale (no call out) to Castle Hill (1 hour), the call out fee will be 1 hour.
We move specialty items such as pianos, pool tables, heavy marble tables, and more for an additional charge. For a full list of items and specialty moves that require a surcharge please read our Specialty items Surcharge List.
FREE BOXES POLICY
Free boxes are only available if you book removalists 1 week prior to the moving date. Box deliveries and pick ups are on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Deliveries can be any time between 9am and 5pm. A more exact time frame will be arranged the day prior but it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive boxes all day on the requested delivery day.
A credit card authorization must be completed at the time boxes are received. We will only charge the card if you extend your hire period beyond the free period. The customer must reimburse any damaged or missing boxes at $33 per box plus card surchages. The free box policy includes 1 delivery and 1 pick up only. Any additional pick ups and deliveries will incur a $40 fee.
If you need boxes for longer than 1 week, we will charge the card used for the booking deposit at a rate of $1 per box per week plus 2% card surcharges.

QUICK TIPS BEFORE MOVING smart work- Save your moving budget
As our services are charges hourly, there are a lot of things that you can do to save time and money. Planning and preparing for your moving schedule in advance can help make the job go smoothly and efficiently. From organizing, labeling, and packing your belongings, there is a lot of things that you can do to speed up the removalist services.
Start packing early (two to three weeks before your move day) and de-clutter while you pack. have a pile of items to give away and another pile to throw away so you are only packing what you need for your new home. When moving day comes you will not have the stress of last minute packing. You will also save time and moving money by avoiding packing things you were going to get rid of anyway.
Organise the right amount of boxes. You can get free boxes from supermarkets and liquor stores. Make sure you get more than you think you need, it is better to have too many boxes than not enough!
Label your boxes on top and on the side, especially those with items which you need straight away such as toiletries, bed linen, clothes, computers, important documents like your passport. Also, label which rooms they should go to so that the movers do not need to constantly ask you.
If you will finish your move at night, consider packing a suitcase with overnight essentials such as towels, toothbrushes, a change of clothes and pyjamas.
Pack your boxes and items tightly. If you don’t have bubble wrap you can use clothes and blankets as protective padding.
If you have highly prized valuables such as jewellery, grand pianos and antiques consider getting your own insurance.
Prepare a checklist of everyone that should be notified of your change of address, for example: government agencies (the ATO, RTA), internet provider, gas and electricity provider, mail redirection services, friends and family.
Schedule your move a few days before your lease ends and take a day or two off work to make sure you are not pressed for time. Moving can be more time-consuming than you expect and you may have unpleasant surprises that delay the move such as traffic, unexpected distance or lack of access to the drop off point.
Keep cash on hand to pay for food, the movers, the cleaners. The ATMs in your new neighborhood may not be conveniently located and you may not have time in your old place to look for cash.
Organise parking for the movers and tell your neighbours that you will move so that access is readily available.
